On behalf of the Rotary Club of Vancouver Hearing Foundation I would like to thank you for your donation to our annual Bike-A-Thon. Once again this was a very successful year. On July 9th, 142 participants rode 120km from Brentwood Town Centre in Burnaby to Harrison Hot Springs and raised over $154,000 in support of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in British Columbia. Your generous support helped ensure the success of this event. As you know, the Rotary Bike-A-Thon is now in its 33rd year and has been instrumental in establishing the UBC Hearing Research Centre and the BC Rotary Hearing and Balance Centre at St. Paul’s Hospital while supporting numerous hearing related projects in BC. We hope that we can count on your continued support for our Bike-a-Thon and look forward to your participation again in 2018. Once again thank you for your interest, for the trucks to transport our equipment and the bikes back to Brentwood plus the storage of our supplies over the year. You have been a tremendous supporter of the ride over the years and I don’t know what we would do without you.
